It's awful. I couldn't finish burning one stick. I emailed them for a refund immediately a week ago, with no reply, but today they emailed me to ask for a review. I might have to file a money claim & sue them for the refund. The smell is awful, & not at all like patchouli. It smells like one of those tree-shaped car fresheners, only not even as good as that.
